Well, this second book of the series was a little more complicated.
The characters evolved, multiplied, and drove the story to more flight and fancy.
Myths and facts were again used to keep the story more real
and relatable, yet keeping the fantasy alive and fun with fantastical exploits
and adventure. The multiple characters were interesting, but I didn’t see the
need for all of them. I thought it could have been written without that complexity
in the mix, but it was still enjoyable and fanciful.
Again, if you like the stories and ancient times of King Arthur
Pendragon, you will certainly enjoy this one. It doesn’t detail his or others’
lives; it creates a story all on its own. A fantasy, fun, and entertaining book.
