Omne: Revenge By Jordan Harrell, A Book Review

This is a tale showing a much darker story than light. I found that my thoughts on how the storyline was going to go ended up being nothing like how it actually went. These days I prefer the lighter, love over hate, light over dark, truth over lies type of story, and this did not follow that line so well.

I truly did not understand the whole thing and what happened overall. I thought I did, but the ending placed my belief squarely in the question bucket. At the bottom of the bucket, even.

I don’t relate this story to a thriller or suspense, but it was not one where you could predict the next scene or storyline movement. It was just different.

Due to my personal qualifiers, I am truly not certain how to rate this book, but it was creative, paced well, and the writing kept me reading. I was hopeful that good would overcome evil, but I am not sure it did.

If you like chaos, fight scenes, dark fantasy, myths, and crazy stuff, then you may enjoy this book. I gave this 4 our of 5 stars.
